What 3PL Central does with NEXT
A fulfillment location for your 3PL
The app creates a Fulfillment Location tied to your provider's 3PL Central account, set to process orders automatically and listed in Fulfillment Settings.
Shipping methods mapped
Optionally map your store's shipping methods to the shipping services your provider supports, so each order ships the way the customer chose.
Every sync logged
The Logs tab lists each order fulfillment event synced to the location, so you can trace an order on its way to the warehouse.
Address changes after acceptance
If an accepted order needs a new address, request to cancel the fulfillment, update the address, and request fulfillment again to resend it.
Setting up 3PL Central
- Get the API Client ID and Client Secret for the 3PL Central integration, plus your 3PL Central username, from your fulfillment provider.
- Install the app from the Apps menu in your NEXT dashboard, then choose 3PL Central > Actions > Settings and select Create Location.
- Enter a location Name, the Client ID, Client Secret, and Login/Username, click Create, and map shipping methods under Location Settings if you need to.
