Zapier for NEXT
What Zapier does with NEXT
Orders, carts, and subscriptions
NEXT webhooks send order, customer, abandoned cart, subscription, transaction, and dispute events to a Zapier Catch Hook URL as JSON.
Reliable delivery
Failed deliveries are retried up to 10 times over several days, and each event carries a stable ID so a Zap can skip duplicates.
A log for every webhook
Each webhook under Settings > Webhooks keeps a log of its deliveries, so you can trace exactly what was sent to Zapier.
Prefer a prebuilt app?
NEXT doesn't have its own app in Zapier's directory. Make offers another option, with a NEXT app that has ready-made triggers and actions.
Setting up Zapier
- In Zapier, create a Zap with Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger, choose Catch Hook, and copy the webhook URL. This trigger needs a paid Zapier plan.
- In your NEXT dashboard, go to Settings > Webhooks, choose Create Webhook, paste the URL, and select the store events that should trigger it.
- Place a test order in NEXT, test the trigger in Zapier, then build the rest of your Zap.
