Setting up Chargeback360
- Contact Chargeback360 to set up an account if you don't have one.
- In your NEXT dashboard, open Apps, find Chargeback360, and install it. The install creates the credentials Chargeback360 needs to access your transactions and manage disputes.
- Once connected, review incoming dispute alerts and chargebacks under Payments > Disputes in your NEXT dashboard.
